About Us

Flight Action Sports (FAS) is San Diego County's premier 6-on-6 Adult Flag Football league organization.  Currently, our mission is to provide San Diego County with both competitive and recreational 6-on-6 Flag Football leagues for both individuals (free agents) and teams who want to experience and enjoy the true passion of the sport.  Our 6-on-6 adult flag football leagues allow players 18 & up the opportunity to experience an elite sports organization-with our main focus being on the players. 

With online player and team statistics, run plays, experienced officials, top-notch fields at prime locations, exciting playoffs, county championships and all-star games, FAS strives to take the sport of adult flag football to new heights. 

Starting in 2011, Flight Action Sports is planning to take off with its next mission of providing San Diego County with 7-on-7 adult soccer leagues and tournaments.  Stay tuned for more info!
